Data Scientist / Data Modeler (ECL/HPCC)

Falls Technology is seeking a Data Scientist / Data Modeler (ECL/HPCC) to support a federal national-security mission. This is an onsite role in McLean, VA, focused on designing data models and building high-volume ECL data processing on HPCC Systems clusters, with work that spans large structured and unstructured datasets.

What you’ll do

• Build and optimize large-scale ECL data processing on HPCC Systems deployed as clustered environments
• Design, evolve, and support data models for complex analytic needs
• Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to identify patterns and relationships
• Develop data cleansing, integration, and transformation pipelines
• Create supporting tools using Python, SQL, Java, or C

Core requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• 5+ years of hands-on ECL development
• Experience with HPCC Systems and clustered/parallel computing
• Data modeling and large-scale data analysis
• Proficiency in one or more: Python, R, SQL, Java, C, or Pig

Compensation: USD 200,000 per yearly
