Job Description
In the City of Little Rock, the Fire Data Analyst helps shape how the fire department operates by turning organizational observations and data into actionable guidance. This onsite role supports the Little Rock Fire Department with rigorous data monitoring and thoughtful analyses, delivering findings that inform guidelines and procedures to sustain CFAI accreditation.
Location: Little Rock, AR (onsite) • Salary: USD 42,149 - 64,909 per year
Summary
The position conducts organizational evaluations and studies, continuously monitors and analyzes data to support the Little Rock Fire Department's operations, and prepares analyses and reports. The aim is to recommend policies and procedures that ensure compliance with CFAI standards and maintain CFAI accreditation.
Responsibilities
- Carry out organizational assessments and research initiatives
- Track, collect, and analyze data in support of the Little Rock Fire Department's operations and services
- Compile and present analyses of findings and any special reports
- Propose and assist with the development and implementation of guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Verify that departmental activities, operations, and service levels align with CFAI standards, guidelines, and regulations to sustain CFAI accreditation
Job Objective
The objective is to conduct organizational evaluations and studies, monitor, collect, and analyze comprehensive data in support of the Little Rock Fire Department's operations and services, and prepare analyses and special reports to inform the development and implementation of guidelines and policies. The role supports ongoing efforts to ensure departmental activities and service levels comply with CFAI accreditation requirements.
