Job Description

Generative AI Data Engineer III will design, implement, and deploy ML and AI solutions, data pipelines, and model training workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor performance and support scalable AI powered products.

USD 131,000 - 218,300 per year

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver machine learning and AI solutions for internal business needs and client use cases
  • Create and maintain data pipelines, model training workflows, and production‑ready software components that underpin AI powered offerings
  • Examine structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, generate insights, and inform model development and validation
  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product stakeholders, and business teams to translate requirements into technical implementations
  • Monitor model and application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve accuracy, reliability, and scalability

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
  • At least five years of professional experience
  • Three or more years designing, developing, or deploying machine learning, AI, or advanced analytics solutions
  • Three or more years programming with Python, PySpark, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
  • Three or more years building algorithms, model selection, training, validation, optimization, and scalable evaluation
  • At least one year of technology consulting experience in the Federal Health space
  • At least one year of experience with AI technologies such as Gemini, Anthropic, or OpenAI
  • Active or advanced certifications in Python, PySpark, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
  • Ability to travel about 20 percent on average depending on project and client needs
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
