ServiceNow's Moveworks team is expanding its search-based question-answering capabilities. The role focuses on boosting ranking, information retrieval, and natural language processing to deliver more relevant results, while partnering with product, UX, and engineering teams to align on user needs and outcomes.

Salary

USD 139,700 - 216,500 per yearly

Responsibilities

• Develop new ranking features and refine existing ones to improve relevance metrics
• Build an algorithmic framework to support a diverse set of ranking features
• Design platform and tooling to enable parallel ranking experiments
• Create metrics to evaluate ranking performance

Requirements

• Direct experience in traditional information retrieval techniques, or machine learning based ranking models
• Ability to derive insights from query logs analysis and identify opportunities to improve search quality
• Background in text processing, information retrieval, natural language understanding, or machine learning
