  • Handle diverse, multi-modal data, including images, multi-spectral sensor outputs, video, text, and tabular data, to deliver scalable factory solutions
  • Own production models with robust monitoring, drift detection, and alerting to enable rapid issue resolution
  • Collaborate with production, process engineering, controls, and quality teams to turn ambiguous problems into complete ML solutions
  • Validate and benchmark models to ensure accuracy and reliability under real-world factory conditions
  • Adhere to agile practices and produce clean, modular, production-ready code with sustainable maintainability

Requirements

  • Strong Python expertise for high-performance, data-intensive applications
  • Experience with at least one modern deep learning framework such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
  • Deep knowledge of computer vision, including CNNs, object detection, segmentation, and image classification
  • Experience preprocessing and cleaning large-scale, multi-modal datasets (images, multi-spectral sensor data, video, tabular data)
  • Foundational statistics for model comparison, experimental design, feasibility considerations, and performance assessment
  • Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining production ML systems, including monitoring and alerting
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying technical results to non-technical stakeholders
