Develop ML solutions and algorithm strategies by mining extensive user query data to strengthen merchant-side capabilities and enhance overall platform matching.
Leverage vast data to analyze creator and merchant behavior, crafting targeted algorithmic approaches that empower creators and merchants, boost monetization efficiency, and support industrial upgrading.
Support rapid growth of TikTok's e-commerce business by serving millions of merchants, exploring more efficient business models, delivering the best possible shopping experience, and fostering a healthy ecosystem.

Proficient in at least one programming language (C++, Python, Shell) with solid fundamentals and clean coding style.
Experience in algorithm development, including applying and optimizing Sparse LR, DFFM, Deep&Wide, and DSSM on large-scale sparse data.
Familiar with at least one mainstream deep learning framework (TensorFlow, Caffe, MXNet) and commonly used deep learning algorithms.
Ability to solve problems independently while maintaining strong teamwork and communication skills.
Experience in search engines, recommendation systems, or computational advertising-related fields is preferred.
