Operations Data Analyst

The Molasky Corporate Center is seeking an Operations Data Analyst to strengthen business operations through data analysis, reporting, and ongoing performance monitoring. In this onsite role in Las Vegas, you will help turn operational information into clear reporting and dashboards that support planning and everyday decisions.

What you’ll do

• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data
• Prepare regular reports and performance summaries
• Spot trends, discrepancies, and potential opportunities for improvement
• Maintain accurate databases and reporting records
• Support operational planning and decision-making with data insights
• Create and update spreadsheets and dashboards
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist with process improvement initiatives

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of reporting and data visualization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently

Compensation and schedule

• Pay: USD 25.00 - 35.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 33.0 per week
• Work location: Las Vegas, NV 89106 (onsite, in person)
