Power BI Developer / Business Analytics Consultant
Job Description
Infosys is hiring a Power BI Developer / Business Analytics Consultant to strengthen Americas executive reporting and enterprise dashboard capabilities. In this onsite Kent, WA role, you will build and standardize Power BI reporting, automate proposal analytics workflows, and help leadership make data-driven decisions through clear KPI frameworks and performance insights.
What you will do
- Develop executive reporting and business proposal metrics dashboards.
- Automate existing business proposal reporting processes and workflows.
- Design and implement Power BI dashboards supporting Americas operations.
- Create reporting solutions similar to successful analytics programs delivered for major aerospace customers.
- Standardize KPI definitions, reporting methodologies, and dashboard formats across the organization.
- Analyze operational and business performance data to surface trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Support continuous improvement through automation, advanced analytics, and scalable business intelligence solutions.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to management for strategic decisions and business growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into dashboard solutions.
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and governance across dashboards and reporting platforms.
Key qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field is required.
- Will consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, dashboard development, or related fields.
- Strong experience designing and developing enterprise dashboards and executive reporting solutions.
- Experience automating business reporting processes and implementing scalable analytics solutions.
- Experience working with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and business intelligence best practices.
- Experience presenting analytical findings and business recommendations to leadership teams.
- Ability to standardize reporting methodologies and KPI frameworks across business functions.

Location, salary, and work logistics
- Location: Kent, WA (onsite)
- Salary: USD 72,776 - 113,503 per year
- Travel: Candidate can be located anywhere in the U.S. and travel to project locations as needed.
- Work setup: Sitting and working at a computer for extended periods of time; communication by telephone, email, and face-to-face.
- Shifts: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including combination of regular shifts and off shift support as needs arise.
