Principal, Data Analyst (SQL, Tableau, AI, Business Fluency)

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, messy, disparate datasets and perform ad hoc analyses to quickly inform critical business decisions; build ETL pipelines that pull data from multiple sources and consolidate it into a single table.
• Create data visualizations to monitor and quantify the impact of changes and address unique business challenges.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to understand stakeholder needs and share relevant information; partner with Operations, Finance and Product teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness and latency across multiple systems.
• Leverage scripting languages, with Python preferred, to automate reporting tasks such as metric prioritization, outlier detection, and recurring dashboards.
• Document processes and share knowledge with peers; mentor colleagues as you develop into a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field, with relevant experience; or a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; or 6 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
