Job Description

Hybrid role in Watertown, MA focused on Agentic AI workflows at a SaaS company. You will be a key point person modernizing a legacy environment using hands-on Agentic AI solutions, working directly with tools and frameworks such as LangChain, RAG, and LLMs.

This position is designed for engineers who want to stay close to implementation. As a 100% hands-on engineer, you will apply practical Agentic AI techniques to real systems while collaborating in an AWS-based environment.

Responsibilities

  • 100% hands-on engineering work
  • Act as a point person for modernizing a legacy environment using Agentic AI workflows

Requirements

  • Highly skilled in Agentic AI workflows, including experience with MCP Servers and Eval Frameworks
  • Experience working in an AWS environment
  • Skilled in 1+ backend languages: PHP, C#, Java, or Node
  • Experience modernizing a legacy environment
