Design and develop innovative AI-driven solutions to address complex problems and improve business processes.
Collect, clean, and preprocess large volumes of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and relevance for training and evaluation activities.
Train, validate, and optimize large language models using state-of-the-art techniques and frameworks.
Evaluate model performance, interpret results, and iterate on model design as needed.
Extract, select, and engineer features from raw data to enhance model performance and generalization.
Apply domain knowledge and data exploration to identify informative features.
Monitor production model performance, reliability, and scalability.
Implement automated monitoring and alerting to detect anomalies and performance degradation.
Document technical designs, implementation details, and best practices for AI solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritize delivery of impactful AI solutions.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline.
Experience: 5+ years of related experience.
Experience designing, developing, implementing, and using machine learning algorithms and large language models for business challenges and opportunities.
Experience with use cases including predictive analytics, natural language processing, computer vision, and recommender systems.
Understanding of agentic AI frameworks such as Pydantics, CrewAI, and Langchain.
Programming proficiency in Python and Java.
Security clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Ability to work independently under general supervision with strong documentation and communication skills.
Strong user interaction and business analysis skills.
Preferred: Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, large language models, generative AI, and ensemble methods.
Preferred: Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks.
Preferred: Knowledge of software development best practices, version control systems, and agile methodologies.
