Job Description
PwC is seeking a Senior Data Engineer - Senior Manager in Miami, onsite. In Technology Consulting, you will lead data engineering initiatives, leverage data and analytics to deliver strategic insights for clients, and guide teams to solve complex problems. The role offers a salary range of USD 124,000 to 280,000 per year. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a minimum of six years of experience.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative data solutions that optimize business performance and boost client competitiveness, including roadmap development and solution optimization.
- Apply advanced analytics techniques to support client operations and strategic goals, including AWS data engineering and Redshift implementations.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and architectures to underpin business intelligence efforts, leveraging DataStage and ETL processes.
- Deploy data visualization capabilities to deliver actionable insights and improve client outcomes, using SQL Server and DB2.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify data challenges and opportunities, aligning with managed services and service level agreements.
- Coach and motivate teams to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality results.
- Use systems thinking to uncover underlying issues and opportunities within client projects, including workload orchestration and scheduling.
- Validate outcomes with clients and refine solutions based on feedback, focusing on CSAT and performance tuning.
- Lead teams through ambiguous and challenging situations with composure and sound judgment.
