Job Description

Senior Data Scientist role for a top client in Conshohocken, PA, focused on machine learning solutions for personalization, automation, and data-driven decision-making across digital products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and deploy machine learning models supporting personalization and automation initiatives
  • Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to design scalable data pipelines and workflows
  • Set up reliable model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance practices for production ML systems
  • Use advanced AI techniques, including generative AI and LLMs, to improve user engagement and operational effectiveness
  • Present methodologies, outcomes, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a closely related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, including experience working with large datasets
  • Hands-on experience with modern ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
  • Experience deploying and supporting models in production using MLOps and automation tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow, CI/CD, monitoring)
  • Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS and/or GCP, plus a strong foundation in statistics, probability, and experimentation (including A/B testing)
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent relevant experience); PhD highly preferred
