As a BI Analytics Engineer, you will transform data into actionable insights, design impactful dashboards, and develop scalable analytics solutions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to support enterprise systems using the Microsoft BI Stack and Python.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Senior BI and Analytics team to design datasets and deliver insights that support our growing business.
- Work with business leaders to build scalable solutions and dashboards using the Microsoft BI Stack and Python.
- Translate business needs into scalable data models and reporting layers that enable consistent, reliable analysis.
- Document analytics requirements, data models, and processes to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience building solutions with the Microsoft BI Stack, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
