Verizon is designing Generative AI solutions to reduce friction across its Go-To-Market (GTM) engine. In this hybrid role based in Temple Terrace, FL, you will help deliver LLM-powered features, agentic workflows, and RAG systems that integrate directly into the sales stack and support sales and marketing revenue outcomes.
What you’ll deliver
You’ll design, deploy, and continuously improve AI capabilities that make it easier for sales teams to work in real time. The work focuses on connecting proprietary GTM knowledge to language models and building production-grade infrastructure that supports low-latency, high-accuracy experiences during live workflows.
- Build and refine LLM-powered features and autonomous agents to improve revenue capabilities.
- Design and implement RAG pipelines that bring together proprietary data such as playbooks, product documentation, and past successful call transcripts for context-aware outputs.
- Identify and prototype solutions for GTM friction points, including lead enrichment, personalized outreach, and CRM automation.
- Integrate AI workflows into a modern sales stack (including Salesforce and Gong) to support adoption by sales reps.
- Develop and maintain production-grade infrastructure for AI orchestration, including prompt management, low-latency streaming APIs, and model evaluation frameworks.
- Prototype quickly using “Vibe Coding” tooling such as Claude Code, Codex, and Lovable, along with LangSmith Agent Builder, to move from idea to deployed full-stack MVP in days.
Required experience and skills
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through a combination of work and/or military experience or specialized training.
- Strong proficiency in Python/TypeScript and experience building web services or integrating complex APIs, especially CRM, VoIP, or sales engagement platforms.
- Solid understanding of the LLM stack, including experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, Strands Agents, or CrewAI.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and modern AI concepts, including few-shot learning and the difference between fine-tuning and RAG.
- Experience with standard engineering tooling including Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
- A product-oriented, revenue-focused mindset with the ability to empathize with a BDR workflow and design outputs that can be acted on immediately during a live call.

Work setup and schedule

Salary range: $120,500.00 - $231,000.00 annually for the listed location(s) on this requisition based on a full-time schedule. For Illinois location(s), the range is $132,500.00 - $231,000.00.
