Job Description

Remote Data Scientist - AI Trainer role focused on designing and solving coding problems to train AI systems, with flexible scheduling and hourly pay.

Responsibilities

  • Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, crafting tasks that exercise core programming concepts and algorithmic reasoning at scale.
  • Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations, delivering well-documented examples that learners can reproduce and review.
  • Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity, applying consistent assessment criteria and creating feedback loops.
  • Provide feedback that directly shapes the next generation of AI models, informing how problems are selected, refined, and used in model training cycles.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills.
  • A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
  • Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
