Job Description

The AI and Machine Learning Developer will design and prototype advanced AI features for Johnson Health Tech Companies' mobile fitness applications, with a focus on large language models and AWS-based backend services, and will collaborate with Android developers to integrate capabilities into production apps.

Responsibilities

Research, design, and implement AI/ML solutions for mobile fitness applications.
Develop and fine-tune large language models for natural language interactions and personalization.
Build scalable backend services using AWS technologies such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and SageMaker.
Establish scalable ML operations pipelines and production-ready inference endpoints with AWS offerings including SageMaker and Bedrock.
Collaborate with Android developers to integrate AI features into client-side applications.
Create prototypes and proofs of concept for new AI-driven features.
Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of AI/ML development experience, with a focus on Natural Language Processing and LLMs.
Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS.
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Experience with RESTful APIs and a microservices architecture.
