AI & Machine Learning Developer

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and implement AI/ML solutions for mobile fitness applications.
• Develop and fine-tune large language models for natural language interactions and personalization.
• Build scalable backend services using AWS technologies such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and SageMaker.
• Establish scalable ML operations pipelines and production-ready inference endpoints with AWS offerings including SageMaker and Bedrock.
• Collaborate with Android developers to integrate AI features into client-side applications.
• Create prototypes and proofs of concept for new AI-driven features.
• Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of AI/ML development experience, with a focus on Natural Language Processing and LLMs.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and a microservices architecture.

Compensation

Salary: USD 99,000 - 119,000 per year. Location: Cottage Grove, WI onsite.
