Responsibilities
- Leverage data analytics to support relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Research, develop, and test data methodologies; generate cross functional solutions from large datasets
- Contribute to meaningful work and guide decision making across multiple organizations
- Simplify technical requirements and trends for varied audiences using data insights
- Create data visualizations in formats such as graphs, tables, PowerPoint slides, and interactive dashboards
- Present data findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
- Enhance communication and technical skills by delivering data-centric solutions across the client space
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with SQL, Python, or Tableau
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query
- Experience identifying and collecting data using various tools and methods
- Experience with quantitative data analysis, performance measures, data cleansing, metrics analysis, and applied research
- Experience automating processes while maintaining data integrity across programs
- Experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key insights
- Ability to anticipate client or project needs and distill them to core requirements with minimal supervision
- Ability to translate complex, technical findings into an easily understood narrative for non-technical audiences or executive leadership
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Work Model
Onsite: work will primarily take place at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, with collaboration as required.

Compensation
Salary at Booz Allen is determined by location, education, experience, and other factors. The projected range for this role is $99,000 to $225,000 per year (USD); the displayed estimate is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation.
