Understand key drivers of Net Promoter Score (NPS) for seller-focused customer products and identify actionable paths for product and customer care improvements.
Use quantitative analysis, ad hoc reporting, and statistical models to assess product engagement and consumer funnel conversion trends.
Create insights across the full lifecycle, from Analytic Plan creation through End-of-Analysis summaries.
