Responsibilities
- Partner with product teams to define business objectives and strengthen the trust and safety strategy.
- Work with engineering teams to deploy machine learning models, design online model workflows, and scale serving pipelines.
- Collaborate with the data science team to understand key challenges and propose data driven strategies.
- Contribute to state of the art content understanding techniques including unimodal and multimodal classifiers, active learning models, reinforcement learning models, and large language models.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in software development, computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Hands on or academic experience in one or more of: machine learning, large language models, recommendation systems, and related areas.
- Strong coding skills.
- Curiosity toward new technologies and entrepreneurship, plus good communication and teamwork abilities.
Benefits
Salary range: Base salary for this position in San Jose, CA is USD 122,574 to 256,000 per year.
Compensation notes: Compensation may vary outside this range depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that may also include discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
