AI Engineer (Tooling Integration)
Job Description
The role focuses on building and owning the enterprise integration layer for the Store Agent platform, with an emphasis on secure, scalable, and governed connectivity between AI agents and business systems. You will also design and implement advanced Agentic AI solutions using the Agentic Framework across the BlueverseGenAIAgentic AIPlatform domain.

Compensation
USD 130,000 - 140,000 per year
Role Scope
Own the enterprise integration layer for the Store Agent platform to enable secure, scalable, and governed connectivity between AI agents and business systems. This includes accelerating delivery of reusable tools, workflows, and automated store operations capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement multiagent orchestration frameworks to support complex AI workflows
- Develop and maintain AI agents using the Agentic Framework tailored to specific business use cases
- Design and optimize pipelines that incorporate memory and planning tools to improve agent effectiveness
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, ensuring interoperability with APIs, ERP, and operational tools
- Implement observability tracing and performance monitoring solutions to maintain AI system reliability
- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, AI architects, and business stakeholders to align AI initiatives with organizational goals
- Advance Agentic AI by researching and applying new techniques in memory management and planning
