Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer

Take part in enterprise scale AI programs with PROLIM Corporation in a hybrid Austin setting. This contract role offers a competitive pay rate of $55-$60 per hour, with opportunities to contribute to AI solution development, enterprise search, AI agent deployment, AI inventory management, and AI governance in alignment with cybersecurity and privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy elements of enterprise search systems to enhance information discovery and retrieval.
• Support configuration, deployment, rollout, and documentation of AI inventory management solutions.
• Assist in building, testing, and releasing AI agents that meet unit needs.
• Create technical controls, documentation, and processes to enable AI governance adoption.
• Collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders to implement AI powered solutions.
• Help integrate, test, monitor, and operationalize AI models.
• Aid in establishing AI governance frameworks, standards, and compliance workflows.
• Document AI workflows, technical processes, system configurations, and implementation steps.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into AI and ML technical solutions.
• Assist with troubleshooting and ongoing improvements of AI systems and applications.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on work delivering components of enterprise search platforms.
• At least 1 year configuring, deploying, and documenting AI inventory management systems.
• Minimum 1 year supporting the deployment and testing of AI agents.
• At least 1 year creating technical controls and documentation to support AI governance adoption.
• Experience with AI concepts, tools, and practical implementation.
• Experience aiding enterprise AI initiatives and technology transformation projects.
• Knowledge of AI governance, cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Experience documenting AI solutions and developing technical processes.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI driven solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and technical communication skills.
