Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer

Design and build generative AI and agent-based systems for enterprise workflows in Jacksonville.

• Design and build generative artificial intelligence applications using open and proprietary large language models
• Develop agent-based systems that use planning, memory, tools, and orchestration to complete complex tasks
• Create multi-agent workflows, including human-in-the-loop and autonomous execution
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, application programming interfaces, and business workflows
• Evaluate and improve model and system performance, including accuracy, grounding, reliability, and safety

Requirements

• At least 4 years working with artificial intelligence, generative AI, or agent-based systems
• Hands-on experience with large language models and prompting techniques, including structured outputs
• Experience with model routing, context management, and memory management
• Strong Python skills and experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Pandas
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, hybrid retrieval patterns, and evaluation of generative AI systems
• Experience building and deploying RESTful services with Flask or FastAPI
• Working knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure

• Experience with production machine learning operations including monitoring, observability, security, compliance, or data governance for generative AI systems
