Remote role focused on delivering enterprise BI performance analytics, dashboards, and operational visualizations.

Configure indicators, breakdowns, and data collection jobs aligned to documented measure definitions
Develop dashboards tailored to different audiences, including drill paths from enterprise rollups down to individual records
Create trend and aging visualizations across facility, geographic, organizational, and severity dimensions
Set up thresholds and signals, including alerting and notification behavior tied to those configurations
Verify indicator outputs reconcile to underlying records; investigate and resolve reconciliation gaps
Tune collection frequency, retention, and scorecard performance to maintain dashboard usability at scale
Build reporting for managed services in parallel with facilities reporting
Document indicator configuration and hand over the maintenance procedure to client staff

Hands-on development experience creating operational dashboards and indicators on an enterprise platform
Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics configuration, or Power BI development (depending on the assigned toolset)
Strong data modeling and query skills
Discipline to reconcile visualizations back to source records
Experience supporting multiple audiences from a single dataset without duplicating logic
Ability to implement from a written measure definition and flag ambiguous definition areas rather than guessing

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience

Advanced degree and/or relevant professional certification such as PMP
Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) with Performance Analytics training, or Microsoft PL-300
Preferred: prior federal delivery experience

Location: Remote

Compensation: USD 90,000 - 105,000 per year
