Bone Marrow Transplant Data Analyst

Support Franciscan Health’s Bone Marrow Transplant Program by managing transplant and cellular therapy data reporting and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collect and submit required transplant and cellular therapy forms to CIBMTR in line with standards set by the Foundation for Accreditation of Cellular Therapy, including patient demographics, pre-transplant status, post-transplant milestones, and study specific forms.
• Review, analyze, and interpret medical information from multiple sources to quantify patient status and ensure accurate data entry into program and regulatory databases.
• Identify, prepare, and submit hematopoietic stem cell transplant related data using medical chart reviews and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Work with the BMT research team and quality specialist to complete the program’s Continuous Process Improvement reporting needs to help maintain good standing with CIBMTR.
• Alert appropriate team members about incomplete, missing data elements, or data entry discrepancies.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in healthcare or related field (Required).
• 3 years of clinical oncology or cellular therapy experience (Required).
