Call Recording Speech Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of call recording, speech analytics, and workforce management solutions for the client.
• Engage in hands-on engineering, vendor coordination, testing, performance support, and postproduction stabilization.
• Contribute to performance testing and tuning activities to ensure application stability and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Call Recording and Speech Analytics
• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• Bachelor's degree
