Job Description

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Data Analyst to support its Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) program spanning the EU, UK, US, and Canada. The role focuses on mapping and tracking EPR obligations, analyzing packaging and sales data, maintaining reporting tools, and producing clear insights for regulatory and leadership needs.

Role Summary

In this onsite position in Morris Plains, NJ, you will manage EPR-related data workflows and reporting. You will collect, validate, and analyze packaging, sales, and environmental information, help maintain accurate records within EPR management systems, and support both regulatory submissions and monthly leadership reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map and track EPR obligations across Solstice businesses in the EU and UK, as well as across US States and Canada
  • Collect, validate, and analyze packaging, sales, and environmental data
  • Investigate and implement alternative compliant packaging types (FF1) in partnership with Logistics and Manufacturing organizations
  • Support regulatory reporting and monthly leadership reporting
  • Maintain accurate data within EPR management systems and reporting tools
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve data quality and compliance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to resolve data issues and improve processes
  • Support audits, evidence gathering, and continuous improvement activities
  • Translate complex sustainability data into clear insights and actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to communicate insights clearly
  • Strong organizational skills and capability to manage multiple priorities
  • Interest in sustainability, environmental compliance, and circular economy topics
  • Exposure to EPR, packaging compliance, or environmental reporting
  • Familiarity with UK pEPR, EU PPWR, or related US and Canadian legislation

Education

A degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is USD 87,762 - 109,703 per year.
