Alpha Omega Integration is hiring an experienced Data Analyst for a long-term Federal project supporting a Navy Supply Chain Operations team. This onsite role in Millington, TN is designed for candidates who want to apply analytical rigor, data quality discipline, and clear communication to deliver high-impact recommendations to clients and stakeholders. Key responsibilities
- Identify, collect, and analyze data sources; extract key information and monitor data quality to meet organizational information system needs
- Develop or contribute to solutions for a variety of moderate-scope and complex problems
- Work independently with some guidance while supporting delivery on a Navy client engagement
- Prepare customer data for models, including merging and aggregating data, handling anomalies, balancing, and feature selection
- Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive technical outcomes
- Apply data visualization using multiple formats such as graphs, tables, and PowerPoint slides
- Research, develop, and test data methodologies to support ongoing analysis needs
- Support client and stakeholder relationships, conceptualize directions, analyze trends, and develop justifications for Navy leadership decisions
- Use communications, validation, and research skills to simplify technical requirements and trends for varied audiences
- Maintain readiness to obtain a Secret clearance as required for the assignment
Requirements
- Clearance: Secret (U.S. citizenship required)
- Location: Onsite in Millington, TN
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 5+ years in a professional work environment collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
- Presentation: Experience presenting data findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders using knowledge of databases and scripting languages
- Data platform/workflow knowledge: Knowledge of building and maintaining workflows, visualizations, and other Premium Microsoft Services databases primarily in the Microsoft enclaves and ADVANA, Jupiter, or BOLT enclave as required, including Databricks, Qlik, and Tableau
Salary: $65,000 to $71,000 per year (likely range). Application deadline: September 16, 2026.
