Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the customer to understand questions and needs, then explore the data-rich environment to identify the pieces of their information puzzle.
- Develop algorithms, write scripts, build predictive analytics, apply machine learning, and select the right combination of tools and frameworks to convert disparate data points into objective answers that help military leaders make informed decisions.
- Provide the customer with a deep understanding of their data, its meaning, and how they can use it.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with analyzing data
- 8+ years of experience with using statistical software applications, including SAS or R
- 5+ years of experience developing data science solutions in a scripting or programming language, including Python, R, C, or Java
- Knowledge of data engineering practices, including ETL or ELT
- Secret clearance
