Data Analyst

The Data Analyst role at CFS is based in Akron, OH with a hybrid work schedule. The position centers on transforming and validating client data, then turning that information into clear reporting and dashboards that support both client success and business outcomes.

Role Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will work with client data to ensure it is clean, accurate, and ready for successful system implementation. You will also analyze and validate data integrity, address integration challenges, and produce reports and dashboards that provide actionable visibility for business and client needs.

• Create insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support client success and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders across functions to deliver solutions aligned with client expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This position is located in Akron, OH and follows a hybrid schedule. Employees work 2 days remotely each week.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year.
