Data Analyst

Strategic Staffing Solutions is hiring a Data Analyst for a 100% onsite role in New Albany, OH. This 12-month assignment includes a W2 pay rate of $48–$50/hour (no 1099, no CTC, no third party). If you have strong analytics skills and can translate insights into actionable recommendations, this position offers a clear path to make an impact with stakeholders on-site.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and compellingly with stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, management, and senior management.
• Take ownership of data by analyzing datasets, summarizing findings, and making recommendations based on results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with analytics and statistical software, such as Python, Excel, Tableau, SAS, SPSS, and other tools used to perform analyses and interpret data.
• Knowledge of data analytics techniques and demonstrated ability to apply them effectively.
• Expertise in database concepts and practices.
• Strong analytical, complex problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication and active listening skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and compellingly with stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality, with the ability to take ownership of data, analyze results, and deliver recommendations.
• Clear understanding of standard project controls methods and procedures aligned with the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodologies.
• Experience with EcoSys and/or Primavera P6.

Pay: $48.00–$50.00 per hour (W2)
