Data Analyst

Deloitte’s AI & Data team is hiring an analytics professional to deliver client-facing insights through end-to-end dashboard development. This role blends data ingestion and cleaning, Power BI analytics, and client communication, with opportunities to contribute directly to how metrics and visualizations are understood across different audiences. The position is based in Washington, DC (onsite).

Compensation: USD 102,500 - 170,900 per year. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the program rules.

What you’ll do

• Participate in requirements gathering sessions with clients to align on metrics, visualizations, and data sources
• Perform data ingestion and cleaning using a variety of ETL techniques
• Build dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to support analytics and reporting needs
• Support dashboard administration, including access management and technical support for users
• Deliver dashboard demos to different client groups

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
• 1+ years of experience in data analytics and data visualization
• 1+ years of experience in Data Analytics & Modeling
• 1+ years of experience with Extraction, Transform, Load (ETL)
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Query
• Ability to translate complex data and concepts into clear visualizations for a general audience
• Comfort in a high-visibility, client-facing role with a high degree of autonomy
• Ability to commute to Washington, D.C. for monthly client meetings, and other meetings as needed
