Data Analyst

Use data to help drive clearer business decisions at FedEx. In this hybrid role in Collierville, TN, you will design and implement analytical processes that turn structured and unstructured information into practical insights for management.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement data and text mining processes and analysis solutions.
• Apply statistical analysis to structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to uncover insights tied to key business problems and deliverables.
• Use current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop actionable recommendations for management.
• Continuously improve understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis.
• Drive decision-making using data, statistical and quantitative analysis, and fact-based management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum experience

Two (2) years work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development and/or predictive analytics.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics or engineering.

Hybrid location and relocation

• Hybrid in Collierville, TN; candidates must live within a 50 mile radius.
• Relocation assistance may be available based on business need.

Compensation

$5,662.27 - $9,342.75 per month (Nationwide). Pay grade: E25.
