Location: Plano, TX (hybrid)
Salary: USD 6,188 - 15,607 per month
Minimum experience: 5 years
Education: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline

Identify key business problems and deliverables by applying statistical analysis techniques to examine structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources
Create solutions from initial concept through production with moderate direction
Analyze and interpret structured and unstructured data to support informed business decisions
Communicate results to a broad range of audiences, including management
Use current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations
Drive decision making using data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management
Mentor less senior staff
Collaborate on cross-functional projects and programs
Routinely present findings to management
Perform other duties as assigned

Proficiency in analytics software and applications
Good interpersonal skills
Good written and oral communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or finance
Five (5) years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, and/or predictive analytics

Support air network design, optimization, and deployment
Partner with stakeholders to plan capacity, onboard business, expand segments, and drive profitable growth
Analyze performance to deliver improvements; air planning experience preferred

Preferred hybrid locations: Pittsburgh, PA; Memphis, TN; or Plano, TX
Consideration for candidates elsewhere within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories)
Candidates within 50 miles of a FedEx campus must work on-site at a FedEx location several times per week
