Data Analyst

VTG is hiring a Data Analyst to support operational reporting and insight generation across mission-relevant workflows. In this role, you will work with operational and project data to surface trends, improve measurement, and implement approaches that turn extracted datasets into actionable outputs. The position is based at customer sites, with location varying between Springfield, VA and Reston, VA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy advanced methods to analyze operational data and derive meaningful, actionable insights.
• Analyze extracted data, identify trends, and provide insights and analyses for operations and project data.
• Develop and implement new metrics, functions, and scripts to support KPIs and existing dashboards as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and systems needed for organization initiatives.
• Identify data quality issues and develop and implement solutions.
