Data Analyst

Hybrid role in Irving, TX with Upen Group Inc, supporting the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area. In this position, you will analyze and strengthen business data by building reports and dashboards, helping technical and business teams understand what the numbers mean. This is a practical, reporting-focused Data Analyst opportunity with a salary range of USD 43,400 to 68,500 per year.

What you’ll do

• Analyze, clean, and validate business data to improve accuracy and reliability
• Write SQL queries and prepare reports for stakeholders
• Build dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
• Use advanced Excel techniques, including pivot tables, charts, and relevant functions
• Identify trends, data-quality issues, and reporting errors
• Present findings to both technical and business teams
• Document reports, requirements, and analytical processes

What you’ll bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and Power BI or Tableau
• Understanding of data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and data visualization
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Data Analyst experience, internships, certifications, and academic projects may be considered

Location and work authorization

• Must currently reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth area
• Must be available for Zoom and in-person interviews
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship
