Location: Helena, MT (onsite) at Lincoln Center Administration Offices.
Salary: USD 53,331 - 60,340 per year.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with district administrators to assemble, upload, and certify data collections throughout the year.
- Assist with troubleshooting large data sets to support accurate reporting.
- Provide secondary technical support, guidance on design, and ongoing maintenance of the district's Student Information System (SIS).
- Serve as a liaison with the Montana Office of Public Instruction and database vendors to resolve operational problems and technical issues.
- Perform file management tasks, including transferring, loading, archiving and converting data to manage, maintain and secure student information.
- Partner with the SIS Integration Coordinator to maintain and update the district's SIS administration software package. Monitor required upgrades to the database and to plugins to ensure optimal integrated operation of SIS.
- Provide business analysis and system integration with various department heads for accurate reporting and data readiness of responsible programs.
Requirements
- Any combination equivalent to bachelor's degree and four years of experience working with databases
- Demonstrated experience using Database Tools, Windows OS and/or Mac OS
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft PowerAutomate and/or Teams
