Data Analyst (Dashboard Developer)
Job Description
Design, build, and maintain Tableau-driven dashboards to support Federal Government organizational and mission goals.
- Dashboard development (Tableau): Design and develop data visualization and dashboard solutions to deliver required analytics insights.
- Analytics and data prep: Lead and review data cleaning scripts using Databricks, SQL, and Python.
- Ongoing reporting support: Maintain and enhance dashboards, analytics solutions, and reporting tools used for operational and strategic decision-making.
- Workflow improvement: Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, automation, and improved data handling, and contribute to implementation efforts.
- AI/analytics enablement: Partner with stakeholders to define and deliver AI/analytics use cases, translating business needs into scalable data science solutions.
- Client-facing support: Provide client services support for analytics and dashboard solutions.
- Business and internal support: Support business development and internal firm initiatives, including ongoing professional development.
- Proposals and thought leadership: Support RFP, RFQ, RFI responses and white papers.
Requirements
- Public Trust: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.
- Education and experience: A Bachelor’s degree plus 1+ year of experience in business analytics, data analysis, data engineer, data visualization, or data science; or a Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related STEM field.

Compensation
- Annual salary range: USD 68,000 - 113,000
