Data Analyst/Management Analyst I (8109)

Athena Consulting is seeking a Data Analyst/Management Analyst I to help transform data into actionable insights for Wilmington based management programs and operations. This onsite, full-time role emphasizes collecting and analyzing data, producing formal reports, and delivering recommendations to improve program effectiveness and efficiency. The position offers an hourly rate of $24.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze statistical data for studies of management and operational programs, policies, and procedures to determine effectiveness, cost efficiency, corrective action, and compliance with goals and objectives.
• Analyze operational and program data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop formal reports, presentations, findings, and recommendations for management and other key stakeholders.
• Review and interpret data to assess policies, procedures, organizational practices, and operational results.
• Identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for process improvement using statistical analysis and reporting.
• Assist in developing management objectives and controls to help resolve issues and improve performance.
• Support the implementation of new techniques, procedures, and reporting methods to improve operations and efficiency.
• Document findings and prepare recommendations for changes to systems, procedures, or organizational practices.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Education: High School diploma.
