Job Description

RVO Health is seeking a mid-level Data Analyst for its People Analytics team. In this hybrid role in the Charlotte metro area, you will conduct advanced analyses, develop dashboards and reporting solutions, and partner across teams to support workforce planning and talent insights.

Role Overview

The People Analytics Data Analyst will translate data into actionable insights for talent and executive leadership. The role includes building self-service analytics capabilities, presenting findings to leadership groups, and working with Finance and Human Capital to inform workforce planning and budgetary decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced data analyses to generate insights, develop clear narratives, and present results to the Talent Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team members.
  • Partner with Finance and Human Capital leadership to provide workforce planning and budgetary insights.
  • Develop analytical tools, including self-service BI products and interactive dashboards, to visualize and analyze data.
  • Build reporting solutions that deliver the right information to the right stakeholders at the right time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and data science teams to identify new opportunities for deeper analytics within the Human Capital organization.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, with an emphasis on workforce and talent insights.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience compiling comprehensive reports, analyzing trends, and providing fact-based recommendations.
  • Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations to leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working effectively with business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to streamline and automate processes.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI, or Looker to build dynamic or scalable dashboards and reports.
  • Knowledge or experience within people analytics is required.
  • Fluency coding in one analytical programming language (e.g., R or Python) and SQL is required.
  • Team-oriented, success-driven mindset, with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach.

Compensation

  • Starting Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year.
  • Actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.

Location and Schedule

Charlotte Metro Area (Fort Mill, SC) | Hybrid. Office time is scheduled for Tuesday through Thursday, with remote Mondays and Fridays.
