Data Analyst (Visualization)

Guidehouse is seeking a Data Analyst (Visualization) to support a federal client team within the AI & Data Defense and Security Segment. The position focuses on building and sustaining dashboards and visualizations, analyzing multi-source data, and delivering clear insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and visualizations aligned to mission and program needs
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Convert stakeholder questions and business needs into practical analytical outputs and reporting solutions
• Support both ad hoc and recurring data calls, reporting requests, and analytical tasks across the team
• Serve as a generalist across a range of analytics efforts, adapting to shifting priorities and client needs
• Present findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with the Data Analytics Branch and broader team members to help deliver high-value analytics products
• Strengthen the client relationship through customer engagement, responsiveness, and professionalism
• Support process improvement related to analytics, reporting workflows, and data-driven decision support

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding
• Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
• Bachelor’s degree
• Three (3) or more years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across varied assignments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

• Active CBP BI or reciprocity is strongly preferred
• Exposure to R, Python, or SAS is welcome, but not required
• Three (3) to Nine (9) years of professional experience
• Strong preference for Federal experience
• Strong communication skills for oral and written communication with senior levels of management and the Customer

Location and Travel

Arlington, VA (onsite). Travel requirement: up to 10%.
