Data Analyst I

Guidehouse is hiring a Data Analyst I in McLean, VA (onsite) to collect, validate, and analyze data and deliver reporting that supports decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple operational and business systems
• Build reports, dashboards, charts, and visualizations for decision-making support
• Conduct routine data validation, quality checks, and data preparation activities
• Support performance measurement and readiness reporting activities
• Assist senior analysts and project leads with analytical task execution
• Create presentations and analytical products for stakeholders
• Document findings, methodologies, and recommendations

Requirements

• Active and maintained “Secret” Federal or DoD security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of related experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Experience supporting government or defense clients
• Knowledge of Navy logistics, maintenance, or supply chain operations
• Experience with Databricks, Palantir Foundry, or cloud analytics tools
• Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform applications
• Experience using Excel, SQL, and at least one visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik)
• Ability to interpret and communicate analytical findings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary: USD 113,000 - 188,000 per year
