Data Engineer

Compensation for this position is $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year, with in-person work location requirements.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable data pipelines that support ongoing business needs.
• Collect, process, and organize data from multiple sources to keep information usable and accessible.
• Build and optimize databases and data warehouse solutions for performance and reliability.
• Monitor data quality, system performance, and pipeline reliability to prevent issues before they impact outcomes.
• Automate data workflows and resolve technical issues that affect data movement and availability.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business teams to align data systems with operational goals.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in data engineering or database development.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
