Job Description

This onsite data engineering role focuses on building analytics tools to trace complex data flows and convert deep-dive analyses into actionable insights for product teams, with a salary range of USD 111,400 to 185,000 per year. Responsibilities
- Analyze data trends related to supply, optimization, ad load, and mix effects to measure advertiser performance and support progress toward advertiser goals
- Present findings to senior leaders on topics such as feature development impact on identity recognition rates and changes to ad selection systems to improve fill rate, guiding business and engineering roadmaps
- Formalize analytics approaches for Ads auctions by examining bid spreads, auction depth, and simulating the potential impact of alternative auction structures
- Identify, standardize, and operationalize KPIs to gauge the performance of all ad-serving components, using trends to inform business priorities
- Collaborate with engineering to define data logging requirements and secure prioritization on roadmaps
- Validate financial models through rigorous analysis
- Develop and maintain ad revenue and supply intelligence dashboards that deliver ongoing, in-depth insights
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of data engineering experience
- Proficiency with SQL
- Experience in data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines
