Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Uphold data quality and regulatory alignment by applying MDM and data governance concepts to ensure master data remains relevant, secure, and compliant.
  • Define platform requirements for the MDM program, detailing needs for frameworks and tools such as Profisee, Informatica, and Reltio, and promote adoption across teams.
  • Collaborate with data modelers, governance leads, and business stakeholders to design and model core master data entities.
  • Develop, test, deploy, and evolve data curation and publishing capabilities on the data platform, delivering high-quality, standardized, and harmonized data domains for advanced analytics and operational use cases.
  • Work closely with Architecture, Data Engineering, Data Governance, Product Management, Delivery, and Data Management Services to curate ingested source data across multiple sources, performing cleansing, validation, standardization, harmonization, and transformation for a single enterprise view.
  • Partner with Data Governance and BI teams to lead the engineering and implementation of the master data solution and services, ensuring accountability across the organization.
  • Lead MDM initiatives to establish a single source of truth, ensuring consistency and accessibility across business domains.
  • Apply MDM and governance concepts to business problems, lead workshops, gather requirements, and assess readiness for governance strategies.
  • Advance automation and CI/CD for the MDM platform and participate in peer code reviews to improve delivery quality.
  • Provide direction to vendor staff within the engineering domain to monitor the quality and output of MDM-related work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Management, or Information Technology.
  • At least five years of end-to-end MDM engineering experience, with hands-on work using MDM tools such as Profisee, SAP MDG, Informatica, and Reltio, and data platforms like Snowflake and Azure SQL Database.
  • Knowledge of standard master data domain models such as Product, Customer, Finance, and Reference Data.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience building ETL/ELT pipelines on cloud platforms like Azure Data Factory or Matillion.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to commute to Tampa, Florida.

About the Role

In the Data Enablement track, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all aspects of data engineering within the MDM domain. The role carries end-to-end engineering accountability, translating technology and business needs into technical designs, and implementing data pipelines that meet requirements with a focus on timely, cost-conscious delivery and high-quality results.

Work Location

Onsite in Tampa, Florida.

Annual Base Salary Range

$88,000 - $110,000 per year.
