Job Description

Adobe Express is seeking a hands-on Data Scientist in Seattle, WA, working onsite to turn product and business questions into measurable outcomes. In this role, you will partner with product managers, growth marketers, and leadership to advance analytics leadership, machine learning strategy, and experimentation, while strengthening instrumentation and data capture across teams.

What you’ll do

  • Explore Adobe Express data deeply to identify new product and business opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver a machine learning strategy and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with product development teams and leadership to shape business strategy and product roadmaps based on analytical insights.
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B experiments.
  • Create comprehensive reporting and actionable insights to support product improvements.
  • Support data science and product teams by promoting experimentation and sharing findings that can drive innovation.
  • Work with development teams on product instrumentation, user flow analysis, and data capture to maintain reliable data foundations.

What you bring

  • A degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, applied math, operations research, or engineering.
  • Advanced degrees are preferred.
  • 2+ years of hands-on technical experience in a data science role.
  • Proven ability to work with large datasets, derive meaningful insights, and apply them to real-world results.
  • Experience with ML modeling and data inference is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in understanding data combined with creative, problem-solving thinking.
  • Demonstrated experience translating analyses into insights and communicating them effectively to product and commercial leaders.
  • Self-starter mindset, ownership, and follow-through to resolve problems thoroughly and proactively.

Pay range and location

  • U.S.: $133,100 - $236,400 per year
  • California: $163,200 - $236,400 per year
  • Washington: $157,900 - $228,575 per year

Additional notes: For sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission). For non-sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as base salary with short-term incentives provided via the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
