Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist at LTM in Irving, TX (onsite), you will develop and deploy advanced, data-driven solutions. The role emphasizes Python-based analytics and machine learning, end-to-end data pipeline work, and clear translation of business needs into technical implementations.

Role Responsibilities

• Use Python to analyze datasets and interpret modeling results.
• Develop machine learning models and data science algorithms to identify actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable data science solutions.
• Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical analysis techniques.
• Apply exploratory data analysis to surface patterns and trends aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows to support efficient data processing.
• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and data science models using Python.
• Validate and test models to ensure accuracy and robustness.
• Work with engineering teams to integrate data science models into production environments.
• Ensure data quality and data integrity across the data lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Python data science tools and libraries.
• Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in Python and data science methodologies.
• Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate findings and insights effectively to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Python - Data Science expertise.
• Experience aligned with a Senior role (3 to 5 years referenced for the position).
