Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to scope data analysis challenges and design experiments.
- Develop software solutions and algorithms for data cleansing, integration, and analysis.
- Apply advanced statistics and machine learning to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
- Build statistical and mathematical models to address complex business challenges.
- Create data mining frameworks and perform trend analyses to inform strategic decisions.
- Examine complex datasets to uncover historical patterns in customer and product behavior.
- Develop predictive models to forecast customer actions and support business planning.
- Synthesize data science findings to inform and optimize business processes.
- Present findings and recommendations through clear, actionable deliverables.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
- Maintain regular, reliable attendance and be available for nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed.
- Contribute to additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; Spark/PySpark experience is preferred.
- Solid understanding of machine learning techniques (regression, classification, clustering, forecasting, tree-based models, deep learning) and statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, MLOps, or Generative AI concepts is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
