Job Description

DataAnnotation is expanding its remote data science team with an AI Trainer who can shape the next generation of AI systems. In this contract role, you will design and solve coding challenges that trains models and write clear explanations to accompany each solution. The position supports flexible scheduling and fully remote work, reflecting a modern, distributed approach to AI training.

Responsibilities

  • Design and solve a variety of coding problems used to train AI systems.
  • Craft clear, high-quality code snippets and thorough explanations.
  • Assess AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and readability.
  • Deliver feedback that helps steer the development of future AI models.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
  • Strong writing and grammar skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
  • Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
